Shipping policy

Please allow up to 7 business days (not including weekends) to receive your order after your payment is processed.  We ship all packages with a signature confirmation requirement.  Payments are processed within 2 business days.  Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST are considered placed the next business day.  If you need your product by a specific date, we recommend that you place your order in advance, allowing for unanticipated delays that may be out of our control.  We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If your ordered product is not available, we will contact you by phone and email to determine if you are interested in a different product.  If you aren’t interested in a different product and wish to cancel your order, a refund will be processed immediately.  If your package is lost, please notify us by email immediately at WHHairCollection@gmail.com.  We will contact the shipping carrier to begin a trace and investigation which could take up to 10 business days or more.  If it’s determined that your package is lost, we will re-ship your order at our expense.
