WH Hair Collection uses a network of suppliers to find the best quality hair from around the world. We carefully screen all hair products, selecting only those that meet our client’s highest expectations. We reject all hair products that do not meet our high quality standards.
Please allow up to 7 business days (not including weekends) to receive your order after your payment is processed. We ship all packages with a signature confirmation requirement. Payments are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST are considered placed the next business day. If you need your product by a specific date, we recommend that you place your order in advance, allowing for unanticipated delays that may be out of our control. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your ordered product is not available, we will contact you by phone and email to determine if you are interested in a different product. If you aren’t interested in a different product and wish to cancel your order, a refund will be processed immediately. If your package is lost, please notify us by email immediately at WHHairCollection@gmail.com. We will contact the shipping carrier to begin a trace and investigation which could take up to 10 business days or more. If it’s determined that your package is lost, we will re-ship your order at our expense.
Return & Exchange Policy:
Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns for exchange on defective items only. Submit an Exchange Authorization request to WHHairCollection@gmail.com within 3 days (72 hours) of you receiving your order. You’ll receive an authorization number and return instructions. The product must be sent back at your expense. We recommend sending your product with a signature confirmation service and/or insurance to protect your package. We will not be responsible for lost packages. Cost to ship returns is non-refundable. Please note that Federal Law states that used human hair products cannot be returned if used. All bundles returned for exchange must not be untied at the top, remain in its original logo bundle wrap, with tag and packaging. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, or if the product has been opened or tampered with in any way, all exchange policies are null and void. A copy of the purchase invoice must be included with the return as proof of purchase. We only replace items if they are defective. Exchanges will be replaced with the original item ordered, no exceptions. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. An email will be sent to you confirming our receipt. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of the exchange. If you are approved, your exchange will be processed within 3 days (72 hours). If rejected, your original purchase will be returned to you at your cost.
